親愛的, 看著你掙扎,夜晚不能成眠
你說 對生活感到很失望,盡力做著每一件事,卻沒有成就感
你說 感到孤單,沒有可以盡情開心討論,一起向前衝的夥伴
你說 厭倦在這制式化的小圈內打轉 沒有衝力才能往前走

我說 回歸到事情的原點, 也許只是一陣貪念 所以捨不下

3天讀懂世界現代史

為了拯救被淡忘的世界歷史觀,買了這本書
這本書很易讀,還附圖,厚厚一本,2-3小時就可看完

重新了解歷史的來龍去脈是很有意思,但讀到後面越讓人不開心
歷史是醜惡的利益爭奪事件簿
英國為賺錢把毒品賣到中國,1500百萬黑人從非洲硬被抓去當奴隸
看似無謂戰爭一直發生,人類用美麗的糖衣包裹著許許多多令人悲傷的事件
公理正義不是地球運轉的法則,人類從歷史上學不到教訓
所以美國攻打中東,全球暖化嚴重,貧窮國家中每天有人餓死
LOVE & Peace 顯然離我們還很遠
人類的進化對地球是否是最可怕的災難?

slow travel

I am not too ambitious and busy when I travel. Slow travel is my style.

I do not make perfect travel daily plan, and I take rest as much as I need. I go to bed late and wake up late. I keep the good status of myself when I do travel. I bring a lonely planet to know the basic of places and take a notebook with me. I talk with local people to ask them what should I see or do here.

Observe people and street during traveling is my favorite. Instead of using camera, I like to use my eyes recoding the scene, breathe the air, listen to the voice. Then put those things in my mind. And I think about What makes this city different, such as what are colors of and style of the city.

Eating local food, seeing local arts/dancing/musical performance, doing shopping in open air market or supermarket, drinking coffee or tea, sometimes have a hair cut, find a place with good view to take a rest, visiting a bookstore and reading the books to know more about city, writing a postcard to a friend or my family. Above are basic things that I do when traveling. Those things make me busy enough.

I like to travel with friends but also love to travel alone. Food becomes extremely delicious when enjoy with friends. I do things that would be fun with friends. When I am alone, I like the freedom and knowing new friends accidently.

When I was 20. I am so excited about traveling. And now I think travel is also part of life. :)

2010 traveling plan

I hate the cold and rain during the CNY. I can't go out, so I make traveling plan for this year.

travel buget of 2010: 3000 USD
travel days: 21 days
countries: 3 (new:2)

trip 1. Kuala Lumpur, Malysia, June 16-20
I am going to Malysia for 5 days public holiday by taking Asia air, the low cost airline.

trip 2. Deli, India, July 3-10.
I am going to India for a week to celebrate my b-day by using the free ticket from credit card bonus points.

trip 3. Puglia,Italy, September 4-12
September, I am going to friends' weding in Italy. I will take 9 days holiday for this and hope I can visit Sicily island by the way.

抱怨是一種公害

工作上我們都需要垃圾桶,去宣洩壓力
偶爾聽同事訴苦是應該
一直聽人家重複抱怨只會使心情糟
更討厭目前的工作環境

今天晚餐時,再被太多抱怨掩埋後,
再也忍受不了起身就說要先回去座位 (我的同事有傻眼)
工作上面對問題已經夠多夠煩了
吃飯的時候.只想好好enjoy食物.聊些生活瑣事就夠
不想要再聽任何關於工作上的事了

抱怨是一種很強的負面能量
快停止用抱怨這個公害轟炸你四周圍的人吧
我們需要快樂一些的世界

我真的想開個網路廚房

懶人如我,煮菜時恨透了切切洗洗
一直在腦海中有個想法,我要賣已經處理好的作菜材料然後附上食譜,讓作菜變的好簡單
沒想到,昨天看電視時,這個想法居然已經有人做出來了

能讓我感到幸福的事情不多:作菜和網購是其中之二
如果能夠把這兩樣東西結合起來成為工作,這就是夢想中的工作了吧

我相信自己在網路購物的專業能力+行銷能力
如果真說跟其它網站有何不同,我要販賣的是慢食的態度+健康飲食習慣
供應鍊沒問題,家裡賣菜又賣魚,有成本優勢

另外還有個的小小的餐廳,內場就當作我的工作站外,處理食材
外場則讓晚上的時候他會變成一個開放式廚房,
中間有幾張大大木質長型的餐桌,餐桌上透著溫暖的黃光
來這裡你是不能點菜的,每天四道菜限定就是當天網站上的當天菜色
但保證每道菜都是新鮮美味
懶得煮菜的就來這吃吧,讓單身外宿的人偶爾也得吃點媽媽的味道
吃完後來杯咖啡或茶,新鮮水果切片任取或加上偶爾的甜點驚喜
書牆上有各式各樣的書籍+空氣中飄散著輕鬆的音樂
如果你願意吃飽後,可以窩在這裡,放鬆休息,老闆娘不會趕人的
老闆娘很懶惰地每天只願意接待30位客人喔!吃不到下次請早

一個月有一個周末,開放料裡教室,讓有興趣的人來學作菜
也順便把烹煮過程拍成錄影帶上傳到youtube.
讓更多人體驗做菜的樂趣~

番茄沙拉

其實這道食譜是我今天從電視上看到的變奏版,實際做過一次後覺得味道不錯,跟大家分享
電視上的食譜是:紅黃小番茄,橄欖,羅勒,奧立岡葉,黑胡椒,紅酒醋,Mazarella起司,帕瑪森起司

人在台灣,考慮到食材取得性...
我把黃番茄改成黃彩椒,羅勒改成九層塔,紅酒醋改成新鮮檸檬汁,Marzarella起司改成烤過的百頁豆腐,橄欖改成再加上冰箱中放很久的培根(都是醎的食物)

作法:
1.小番茄20顆對切 (電視上是用手把番茄擠破.讓擠出的番茄汁成為source,但這樣番茄汁會噴的到處都是清理廚房很麻煩...懶人如我就不想擠了)
2.九層塔洗淨,切好 (切只是不要讓那些過大的葉子大的太誇張,不需要切很碎)
3.黃椒切絲
4.考過或煎過的百頁豆腐長條型2塊切小方塊
5.培根煎到焦香後切小丁
6.將1-5的放在沙拉碗加入新鮮的檸檬汁(一顆的量)+特級冷壓橄欖油+現磨黑胡椒後拌勻
7.裝盤後灑上帕瑪森起司(就是超市有賣之長圓罐起司粉-通常是拿來家義大利麵)

以上就是一道很爽口番茄沙拉...try and enjoy it!!

*料裡無國界,雖然我個人也是紅酒醋的粉絲...不過大部分人應該是沒有這種調味料
紅酒醋的代替品可以是新鮮檸檬,也可以是烏醋/香醋,或日本柚子醋等
*我本來有想要把橄欖油換成麻油...但基於麻油的香味太重,我還是不敢輕易嘗試
*我一直懷疑九層塔跟羅勒根本就是同樣的植物...
*現磨黑胡椒粒,真的可以提升食物風味:市售有黑胡椒粒跟磨罐合而為一,但是用完就不能重裝的胡椒罐,強烈建議大家購買
*我真的好懷念新鮮的mazarella跟Rocula芝麻葉喔(哭泣...)
